Hi! I teach Canine Cool and also help to organize and supervise some of the off-leash play groups for Fieldwood students. I am also a certified evaluator for the AKC Canine Good Citizen test.

My two dogs -- Lexi (Yellow Lab) and Belle (Belgian Malinois) -- and I have explored almost every canine avenue, including freestyle, agility, and rally obedience. I feel it is important for an instructor to be knowledgeable in all areas that students might want to pursue. In the past, I have volunteered with two different rescue groups: the Helen Krause Animal Foundation in Dillsburg and PAWS in Camp Hill. I currently author the "Ask Lexi" column on PAWS' web site where people can submit their dog training questions.

I share my life with my husband, Jeremy, and our son Luke, as well as our two wonderful dogs. My occupation is a court reporter, but I really enjoy teaching classes. My main goals are to help people learn more about their dogs, thereby keeping those dogs out of the overflowing shelters, and most of all, to have some fun along the way.
